Almost all of those links are several years old. The vast majority of them are simply untrue or some one sided misinterpretation. As much as I would like too, I can't possibly justify sitting here all night trying to defend Z1 against all of that nonsense. Those who repeatedly post this stuff have never been our customers and have no first hand experience with our company. How many of our actual customers have you seen post in the last year about negative experiences with us? I'm not saying there have been 0 misunderstandings but very few problems considering the volume of business we do in this community. We are doing more business than ever and we are better at what we do than we have ever been in the past. I think our customers would agree. We stay in buisness and continue growing for a reason, not because we have a magical money pot. The Z32 community is too small and close knit to be able to thrive without insuring virtually all customers are repeat customers.
If you say the reason we are succesful is because we somehow manage to brainwash or pull the wool over our customers I think you are insulting the intelligence of the majority of the Z32 community. The reason we are successful is because we care about doing what it takes to satisfy our customers and even doing whatever it takes to improve and learn from past mistakes. The main thing that sets Z1 apart is that we offer resources and selection that others simply can't match. We've worked extremely hard to create an infrastructure and inventory to service our customer's diverse Z32 needs that is second to none. These biased interests have always and will continue to go way out of their way to discredit Z1 at each and every opportunity. You'll see them pop up everytime our name is mentioned and always fighting to turn a post that has little or nothing to do with Z1 into a flamefest.
